1. General
These general terms and conditions govern the execution of hypnotherapy services, counseling, programs, and other forms of professional support provided by the provider.
By booking an appointment, registering for a program, making a payment, or using the services, the user confirms that they are familiar with and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Nature of Services
The provider offers hypnotherapy treatments, counseling, and related services as professional support to the individual in their personal process.
The services are tailored to the individual, their needs, and the professional judgment of the provider. The course, duration, and format of cooperation may vary depending on the nature of the treatment or program.
Hypnotherapy treatment does not constitute a guarantee of achieving a specific result, as the success of the process also depends on the cooperation, readiness, and personal circumstances of the individual.
3. Scope and Duration of Cooperatio
Individual services or programs may be time-bound, but their actual course can be adapted based on the content of the process, the user’s needs, and the professional judgment of the provider.
The provider strives to perform the services with quality, responsibility, and in accordance with the agreement, while reserving the right to professional judgment regarding the manner and scope of the execution of the services.
4. Price and Payment
Prices for services and programs are published on the website, presented at the time of offer, or agreed upon individually.
Payment is generally a prerequisite for booking an appointment, enrolling in a program, or commencing the service, unless agreed otherwise.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the price refers to the agreed service or program as a whole and not to an individual element of the service.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Terminations
The user may cancel or reschedule an appointment in accordance with the agreement or the provider’s instructions.
“In the event of early termination of the program or cooperation, any financial consequences shall be assessed based on the nature of the service, the part of the service already performed, and the specific agreement between the provider and the user.
The provider reserves the right to change the date/time or the method of service execution due to organizational, professional, or other justified reasons.
6. Responsibility of the User
The user is responsible for providing the provider with true and important information relevant to the execution of the treatment or cooperation.
The user is aware that the hypnotherapy process is based on active cooperation and personal responsibility, and that the provider cannot assume responsibility for the user’s decisions outside the scope of the provided service.
7. Limitation of Services
The provider’s services do not substitute for urgent medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other healthcare treatment when such is required.
In the event of severe medical or psychiatric issues, the user is obliged to seek appropriate help from the competent professionals or institutions.
8. Complaints and Communication
The user should report any questions, comments, or dissatisfaction regarding the services as soon as possible so that the situation can be clarified or appropriately addressed in a timely manner.
The provider strives to resolve any potential misunderstandings peacefully, professionally, and in good faith.
9. Personal Data Protection
“The provider respects the users’ privacy and processes personal data responsibly, carefully, and in accordance with the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- communication with the user,
- booking appointments,
- execution of services and programs,
- issuing invoices,
- informing about the agreed services,
- fulfillment of legal obligations.
The provider may process the data provided by the user upon registration, ordering, communication, or within the framework of cooperation, such as:
- first and last name,
- contact details,
- data required for the execution of the service,
- billing information.
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable regulations.
The provider does not disclose personal data to third parties, except when necessary for the performance of the service, the fulfillment of legal obligations, or based on the explicit consent of the user.
In accordance with applicable legislation, the user has the right to access their personal data, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, objection, and other rights related to personal data protection.

10. Final Provisions
These general terms and conditions apply to all services, unless expressly specified otherwise for an individual service or program.
The provider reserves the right to amend these terms. The amended terms shall be published on the website and shall apply from the date of publication onwards.
For matters not governed by these terms, the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply.
