In 2012, I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Ljubljana. After completing my internship and the professional exam, I worked at the Department of Abdominal Surgery at the Izola General Hospital, and later at the University Rehabilitation Institute (URI) Soča and the Bled Diagnostic Center.
For nearly two decades, I have been exploring myself and the depths of my subconscious mind, dedicating five of those years specifically to the study of hypnosis.

Hypnotherapy is a safe method when performed by a qualified therapist. During the process, you remain conscious at all times and retain complete control. Hypnosis cannot force you into actions that would go against your will or values.
No. This is one of the most common myths. During hypnosis, you are awake and aware of everything. You can interrupt the process or open your eyes at any time. You are the one who allows entry into the state of trance, and you are the one in control.
Most people are susceptible to hypnosis, but the method is not suitable for every issue or individual. During the initial free consultation, we will assess together whether this approach is the most optimal for your specific needs and goals.
Medication can sometimes reduce access to deeper emotional content that we want to process. The best results are achieved with clients who, as part of a longer treatment plan and in cooperation with their treating psychiatrist, gradually reduce their medication dosage.
The number of sessions depends on the nature of the issue. For some, noticeable changes occur after the very first session, while deeper life patterns usually require a longer, structured process of transformation.
