General Provisions<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-391d146\" data-block-id=\"391d146\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">These General Terms and Conditions govern the provision of individual hypnotherapy programs and related professional services provided by the Service Provider.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-0302264\" data-block-id=\"0302264\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Before enrolling in a program, the Client is informed about its content, price, and method of delivery.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-bd0feef\" data-block-id=\"bd0feef\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">By placing an order or accepting an offer, the Client confirms that they have been informed of these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-subtitle stk-block-subtitle stk-block stk-43ff531\" data-block-id=\"43ff531\"><p class=\"stk-block-subtitle__text stk-subtitle\">2. Nature of Hypnotherapy Treatment<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-5c209c8\" data-block-id=\"5c209c8\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Service Provider provides individual hypnotherapy programs tailored to the Client, their goals, and the course of the therapeutic process.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-eab3f71\" data-block-id=\"eab3f71\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The service consists of a professionally delivered hypnotherapy program as a whole. The price of the program is not tied to a specific number of therapy sessions or their duration, but to the delivery of the selected program.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-fba3a08\" data-block-id=\"fba3a08\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The course of the hypnotherapy process is individual. The Service Provider therefore does not guarantee a specific therapeutic outcome, as the outcome depends on numerous factors, including the nature of the issue, the Client&#8217;s individual response, and their participation in the process.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-subtitle stk-block-subtitle stk-block stk-7e9b6b9\" data-block-id=\"7e9b6b9\"><p class=\"stk-block-subtitle__text stk-subtitle\">3. Standard Hypnotherapy Program<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-075db90\" data-block-id=\"075db90\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Standard Program constitutes a comprehensive individual hypnotherapy treatment addressing the agreed issue or goal.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-728c38b\" data-block-id=\"728c38b\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The main therapeutic process is generally carried out during one intensive therapy session.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-d698a0c\" data-block-id=\"d698a0c\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">If, based on the course of treatment, the Service Provider determines that further therapeutic work would be appropriate, the program also includes an additional session or sessions.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-3a87ae6\" data-block-id=\"3a87ae6\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">If the therapeutic process is appropriately completed during the first session, the Standard Program is considered to have been completed in full.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-388c2b3\" data-block-id=\"388c2b3\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The price of the Standard Program is fixed and does not vary according to the number of sessions required. The Standard Program therefore does not constitute the purchase of a specific number of therapy sessions.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-subtitle stk-block-subtitle stk-block stk-019db8f\" data-block-id=\"019db8f\"><p class=\"stk-block-subtitle__text stk-subtitle\">4. Premium and Extended Hypnotherapy Program<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-b9cd0ba\" data-block-id=\"b9cd0ba\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Premium and Extended Program constitutes a more intensive individual hypnotherapy program under which therapeutic treatment is available to the Client for a period of up to three months.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-fdfc2ab\" data-block-id=\"fdfc2ab\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Therapy sessions are generally held approximately every 14 days, or as appropriate to the needs of the therapeutic process and as agreed between the Service Provider and the Client.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-6ee9762\" data-block-id=\"6ee9762\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Premium and Extended Program may also be completed before the end of the three-month period if the Service Provider and the Client determine that the therapeutic process has been completed and that no further work is necessary. In such a case, the program is considered to have been completed in full.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-aee85ab\" data-block-id=\"aee85ab\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The price of the Premium and Extended Program is fixed and remains the same regardless of the actual number of therapy sessions or whether the therapeutic process is completed before the end of the three-month period.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-ed8eab6\" data-block-id=\"ed8eab6\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The three-month period represents the maximum timeframe of the program and does not constitute the purchase of a specific number of therapy sessions or an obligation to continue therapy for the entire period.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-subtitle stk-block-subtitle stk-block stk-48f58bd\" data-block-id=\"48f58bd\"><p class=\"stk-block-subtitle__text stk-subtitle\">5. Price, Payment and Completion of the Program<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4786d1c\" data-block-id=\"4786d1c\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The price of each program is communicated to the Client before purchase and is stated in the offer or invoice.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-0f465ab\" data-block-id=\"0f465ab\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Payment applies to the selected hypnotherapy program as a whole and not to an individual therapy session.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-5b138e1\" data-block-id=\"5b138e1\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">A program is considered completed when, taking into account its course and the agreed goal, the intended professional treatment has been provided and the Service Provider \u2014 or, in the case of the Premium and Extended Program, the Service Provider and the Client \u2014 determine that no further therapeutic work within the program is necessary.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-3225a79\" data-block-id=\"3225a79\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">A change of mind after the program has begun, the Client&#8217;s decision not to continue participating, failure to attend agreed appointments, or failure to achieve the outcome expected by the Client do not constitute grounds for a refund.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-0011a9e\" data-block-id=\"0011a9e\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">This does not affect any rights the Client may have in a particular case under mandatory applicable law.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-subtitle stk-block-subtitle stk-block stk-cc9ea00\" data-block-id=\"cc9ea00\"><p class=\"stk-block-subtitle__text stk-subtitle\">6. Appointments and Cancellations<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-509fc1f\" data-block-id=\"509fc1f\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Client agrees to attend scheduled appointments and to notify the Service Provider in a timely manner if they are unable to attend an agreed appointment.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-2d55aae\" data-block-id=\"2d55aae\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">An agreed appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-820f1ad\" data-block-id=\"820f1ad\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">In the event of a later cancellation or failure to attend without timely notice, the Service Provider is not obliged to provide a replacement appointment.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-d3b4d23\" data-block-id=\"d3b4d23\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">If the Service Provider cancels an appointment for a justified reason, the Client will be offered a replacement appointment.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-subtitle stk-block-subtitle stk-block stk-53194a6\" data-block-id=\"53194a6\"><p class=\"stk-block-subtitle__text stk-subtitle\">7. Client Participation and Responsibility<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4cbfbc2\" data-block-id=\"4cbfbc2\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Client is responsible for providing the Service Provider with truthful information relevant to the safe and appropriate delivery of treatment.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-bc0a33e\" data-block-id=\"bc0a33e\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Client understands that the hypnotherapy process is based on their active participation and that responses to therapeutic procedures are individual.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-0ec4854\" data-block-id=\"0ec4854\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">At any time during treatment, the Client may raise questions, express discomfort or disagreement, and request that a particular procedure be stopped.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-9f2f23c\" data-block-id=\"9f2f23c\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Client must not alter or discontinue prescribed medical treatment or medication as a result of participating in a hypnotherapy program without first consulting their physician.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-subtitle stk-block-subtitle stk-block stk-8e64a83\" data-block-id=\"8e64a83\"><p class=\"stk-block-subtitle__text stk-subtitle\">8. Limitations of the Service<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4fb0f1b\" data-block-id=\"4fb0f1b\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Hypnotherapy treatment does not replace emergency medical, psychiatric, or other healthcare assistance when such assistance is required.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-b03a68f\" data-block-id=\"b03a68f\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">If the Service Provider determines that a particular issue is not suitable for hypnotherapy treatment or that the Client requires another form of professional assistance, the Service Provider may decline or discontinue treatment or recommend another appropriate form of professional assistance.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-subtitle stk-block-subtitle stk-block stk-c83195a\" data-block-id=\"c83195a\"><p class=\"stk-block-subtitle__text stk-subtitle\">9. Complaints<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-38d64d2\" data-block-id=\"38d64d2\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Any questions, comments, or dissatisfaction concerning the service provided should be communicated to the Service Provider as soon as reasonably possible after the issue arises so that the circumstances can be clarified in a timely manner.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-2c25e76\" data-block-id=\"2c25e76\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Service Provider will seek to resolve any misunderstandings professionally, fairly, and in good faith.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-6c1aa0e\" data-block-id=\"6c1aa0e\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">This provision does not limit the Client&#8217;s statutory rights.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-subtitle stk-block-subtitle stk-block stk-c84e551\" data-block-id=\"c84e551\"><p class=\"stk-block-subtitle__text stk-subtitle\">10. Personal Data Protection<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-20d6984\" data-block-id=\"20d6984\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Service Provider processes Clients&#8217; personal data carefully and in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-e023ed9\" data-block-id=\"e023ed9\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">For the purposes of communication, organization and provision of services, and compliance with legal obligations, the Service Provider may process, in particular:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">first and last name,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">contact details,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">information necessary for booking and delivery of the program,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">information required for issuing invoices,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">communications between the Client and the Service Provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-d51faac\" data-block-id=\"d51faac\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">As part of hypnotherapy treatment, the Client may also provide the Service Provider with information concerning their health and other sensitive personal data. Such data is processed only to the extent necessary for the provision of treatment and on an appropriate legal basis.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-46ca444\" data-block-id=\"46ca444\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Information obtained in the course of hypnotherapy treatment is treated as confidential.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-9a54f31\" data-block-id=\"9a54f31\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed or for as long as required by applicable law.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-b90a88e\" data-block-id=\"b90a88e\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to third parties except where necessary for the provision of the service, compliance with legal obligations, or where another appropriate legal basis exists.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-fbef775\" data-block-id=\"fbef775\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">In accordance with applicable law, the Client has the right to access their personal data, request its correction or deletion, restrict its processing, object to its processing, and exercise any other rights available under applicable personal data protection legislation.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-a5ba6d2\" data-block-id=\"a5ba6d2\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">For questions or to exercise rights relating to the processing of personal data, the Client may contact the Service Provider directly.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-subtitle stk-block-subtitle stk-block stk-e0f1cfa\" data-block-id=\"e0f1cfa\"><p class=\"stk-block-subtitle__text stk-subtitle\">11. Final Provisions<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-7a35e09\" data-block-id=\"7a35e09\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">These General Terms and Conditions apply to the Service Provider&#8217;s individual hypnotherapy programs unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-eddbcc7\" data-block-id=\"eddbcc7\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Any matters not governed by these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-14af800\" data-block-id=\"14af800\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">If any individual provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-f7c6f1b\" data-block-id=\"f7c6f1b\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Service Provider may amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions.
